Supervisors & Team Leaders

Our Supervisors and  Team Leaders have all worked in care for a number of years and all hold various qualifications in Health and Social Care including NVQ Level 2, 3 & 4.
The Supervisors  undertake Staff supervisions, Staff spot checks and medication competency checks. 
They undertake initial assessments and reviews of the Service Users packages of support.
Our Team Leaders undertake Service user reviews, log book and medication reviews.

Your Support workers

All our Support Workers have or are currently working towards their National Vocational Qualification in Health and Social level 2/3.

We have an excellent team of professional support staff to assist you with your needs.
We recognise that your support worker is somebody with whom you can form a special relationship, and for this reason we take great care in selecting a staff member with whom you feel completely comfortable.
Each Support worker undergoes continuous training that ensures that we deliver the highest quality services to you.
This training includes Induction, First Aid, Health & Safety, Nutrition and Food Hygiene, Moving & Handling, Safeguarding Adults, Administration of Medication, Equality & Diversity and other specialised training to meet the diverse needs of the individual.

Sarah Bradley

The Director/Care Manager is Sarah Bradley, who has over 20 years’ experience in the care industry. Sarah has successfully completed the NVQ level 4 Registered Managers award and is registered with the Care Quality Commission.

Nigel Bradley

The Director/ Accounts Manager is Nigel Bradley who has over several years experience in care and over 25 years’ experience in business and property management. Nigel deals with all finances for the company.

Irfan Azad

Company Director Irfan  joined Sarah Care in 2016 and has years of experience within business and retail management.

Julie Allen

Registered Manager
Julie has successfully completed NVQ Level 5 Registered Managers award, Level 3 health and social care, level 2 Health and Social Care, Business administration level 3, Customer services level 3, PTTLS, Julie has worked in the care industry for over 20 years.

Kelsey Hodgetts

Care Co-ordinator
Kelsey has completed her Level 5 managers award, Kelsey has completed Level 3 Health and Social care, Risk assessment Training and the Care Certificate Assessors award.

 Lisa Milsom

Care Co-ordinator
Lisa has her level 3 in Health and Social care and has worked for Sarah Care for a number of years.

Demi Allen

Care Co-ordinator
Demi has worked in care for 6 years successfully completed her NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social care, Team Leader level 3 and Level 5 management award.

Stacey Spencer

Care Co-ordinator
Stacey has completed her level 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social care and has years of experience within the care sector.

Lindsey Sheldon

Lindsey has over eighteen years experience within the health and Social care setting. Lindsey has recently completed her Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training. Her previous training includes the Assessors Award (A1) and Verifiers Award (V1) she has also recently updated to the TAQA qualification. Lindsey is qualified to assess and verify all levels of Diplomas/Apprenticeships within the Health and Social Care sector Lindsey’s current role involves quality assurance of documents, observing teaching and learning and ensuring that agreed targets are met.

Dianne Taylor

Dianne has worked in the Health and Social Care as well as the Education sector for over thirty five years. She started out in the NHS as a care worker and has progressed into Senior Management. Dianne is passionate about the Care and Education sectors and has gained many qualifications over the years. Dianne is a great believer in keeping her knowledge and skills up to date by doing continuous professional development. Dianne remains an active Assessor and Verifier in all training currently being delivered by Arrow care Training

Nicola Starrs

Nicola has over fifteen years experience working in the Health and Social Care sector, from a carer up to the Registered Manager of a Residential Home. Nicola has achieved her Assessor Award (A1) and Verifiers Award as well as various teaching and learning qualifications Nicola is now one of the Directors of Arrow Care Training and also assesses and verifies all levels of Health and Social Care Diplomas/Apprenticeships and also works with learners on Customer Service, Business Administration and management qualifications.
